Privacy and classroom activation

QuizzesHS is currently a fictional-account preview. Do not submit real student or teacher information. Real classroom registration is not activated.

Information used by the preview

Fictional names, school identifiers and derived school emails, teacher professional emails, school/class memberships, registration and recovery code verifiers, password hashes, session verifiers, examination responses and results, approval records and security audit records are stored for assessment administration. School email syntax does not establish ownership. Passwords and raw session or invitation tokens are not stored.

Access and purpose

Teachers access only their own classes, examinations, enrollments and results. Students access their own authorized classes and attempts. The platform owner approves teachers and school configuration. PDFs, source images and answer keys use protected application routes. Production email delivery is inactive.

Retention, deletion and support

No automatic retention or deletion schedule has been approved. Fictional records remain until a verified owner performs a controlled retention or deletion operation; there is no self-service deletion or guaranteed deletion timetable. Contact the platform owner or your teacher through your established school channel for access, correction or account-recovery requests. Do not email passwords or registration codes to an unverified recipient.

Before real student data is collected

Document school/district authorization for this provider and hosting arrangement, permitted fields and educational purposes, administrator verification, parent/student notices where required, retention and deletion schedules, and incident/access procedures. These approvals have not been established by this release. No school privacy-compliance certification is claimed.
